Amsterdam is all
about the frites (different cut and cooking style than the American
"french fries") - always with mayonnaise, but occasionally
with catsup or peanut sauce. They get served with most meals and
available most everywhere. This is one frites shop. I don't know
why we're looking at the "menu" - the only real option
is serving size! |

most Amsterdam coffeeshops (translation: hash/pot bars) have themes
based on American pop culture, be it Jim Morrison, The Blues Brothers
or, in this case, the Jungle Book. |
